Located in North-Central San Antonio, on the 410 service road between San Pedro and Blanco, the South Texas Accident Treatment Center is minutes from downtown, Ingram, IH-35 area, and North San Antonio. We have many years of experience helping car accident victims by providing specialized auto accident injury treatment, and we also see a large number of sports injury patients who require whiplash injury treatment as well as back and neck pain treatment.
Dr. Stelzer has been in clinical practice since 1993, became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (1) in 2001, board certified as a neurology diplomate (2) in 2005, and a fellow in neurology from the Carrick Institute, also in 2005. (Dr. Stelzer is not a medical neurologist, but a Doctor of Chiropractic with hundreds of hours of post-graduate training.)
